Edinburgh Polo Club is the capital's principal polo venue, operating from Currie on the western edge of the city with HPA (Hurlingham Polo Association) accreditation. The club has both grass pitches and an all-weather surface, allowing play across a longer season than purely grass-dependent venues. Beginner tuition is available for those new to polo, and the club runs a structured programme through the playing season including chukkas, practice days and competitive fixtures. Members come from across the Lothians and beyond, and the club has an established junior section for younger players.
