Guards Polo Club was founded in 1955 under the patronage of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and has grown into one of the most prestigious polo clubs in the world. The Guards Polo Academy operates from Coworth Park near Ascot in Berkshire, offering structured polo instruction for beginners and developing players on immaculately maintained grounds. The academy provides a direct pathway into Guards Polo Club's competitive programme, with tuition covering horsemanship, stick-and-ball technique and arena play through to full chukkas. The Coworth Park setting, also home to a five-star hotel, positions the academy at the luxury end of polo instruction in England.
